Yes. What you do throughout the rest of the week is critical. You receive a fully integrated training plan for your off-days so you never have to guess what to do when you're at the gym solo.
Most clients prefer the Physique Method Private Studio in Saline for the exclusive equipment and atmosphere. However, I also provide coaching at the Saline Rec Center, Ann Arbor YMCA, and In-Home Travel coaching within the local area.
Absolutely not. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. While I recommend a 3-month commitment to see significant physical adaptation, you are not locked into a long-term contract. You are simply reserving your professional oversight and your timeslot on a month-to-month basis.
If you need to move a session, reasonable accommodations will be made to find another timeslot within the same week. If a makeup slot isn't available, your workout plan will be sent to you to complete independently so you stay on track.
Absolutely. In fact, many of our long-term members started with a single session to ensure the coaching style was a fit. While memberships offer the best path to consistent results, we offer single sessions and 5-session packages for those who prefer a low-commitment starting point.
