Chris is an ACE-certified personal trainer and a specialist in hypertrophy and physique development. He bridges the gap between the latest lifting science and real-world execution. While he pushes clients to train hard, Chris fundamentally believes that resistance training must be enjoyable to be sustainable. If a specific movement doesn't work for you, Chris leverages his understanding of biomechanics to instantly pivot your programming.
